HE JUN Energy, a subsidiary of He Run Enterprise, has launched a new charging service brand, EVRun, to meet the rapidly growing charging demand in the electric vehicle market. The first DC supercharging location, the EVRun Shilin Electric Vehicle Supercharging Station, officially opened on the 6th. The EVRun Shilin Electric Vehicle Supercharging Station represents a comprehensive collaboration between upstream, midstream, and downstream charging service providers, including upstream charging equipment suppliers Shihlin Electric and eTreego, midstream charging station operator Gochabar, and downstream charging service provider HE JUN ENERGY (EVRun).
With the rapid growth of the electric vehicle market, the development of charging infrastructure will become crucial to promoting its widespread adoption. The EVRun brand was created to meet this demand and provide owners with convenient and fast charging services. EVRun will continue to collaborate with industry partners to promote the deployment of charging stations, with the goal of having 150 charging stations installed across Taiwan by the end of the year. These stations will be distributed across various product types to meet the needs of various charging scenarios.
To ensure the safety of people using charging equipment and the accuracy of billing, the Ministry of Economic Affairs announced on January 13 last year the implementation of voluntary product certification for "electric vehicle charging equipment" and implemented label certification for slow charging in January this year. From July 1, fast charging equipment must also be certified. The EVRun Shilin Electric Vehicle Supercharging Station is the first fast charging station in Taiwan to obtain the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection label, indicating that its safety and advanced equipment have been recognized.
The EVRun Shilin Electric Vehicle Supercharging Station is HE JUN ENERGY's first super-fast charging station. It's located in front of the Kuodu Lexus Shilin sales office at the intersection of Zhongzheng Road and Wenchang Road, the busiest area in Shilin District, Taipei City. To give back to electric vehicle owners, EVRun is offering the lowest supercharging rate in Taiwan at NT$6 per kWh. This limited-time offer runs until August 31st of this year. Drivers are welcome to experience it.
The Lexus Shilin sales office offers five charging bays for all EV brands. CCS1, CCS2, and CHAdeMO fast-charging options are available, with charging rates up to 180kW, allowing owners to recharge to 80% in just 20 minutes. The EVRun Shilin EV Supercharging Station operates 24/7, eliminating time constraints.
In April of this year, EVRun installed 61 charging stations in 11 Shin Kong Mitsukoshi parking lots across Taiwan. HE JUN ENERGY will continue to develop diverse locations, integrating with various industries to meet the needs of electric vehicle owners. Future deployments will focus not only on department stores, commercial office buildings, public parking lots, Toyota/Lexus dealerships, and iRent short-term rental locations, but also on hotels and tourist attractions.
