Our newly designed packaging for the IRON40 DC charger has stood out among 1,262 outstanding entries from across Taiwan in the “Eco-Friendly Design Competition” organized by the Ministry of Environment. We are proud to announce that it has successfully advanced to the final judging stage as one of only 29 shortlisted entries!
This honor is not only a strong recognition of our design team's creativity but also a powerful encouragement for our ongoing commitment to eco-friendly practices and sustainable development.
With "recycling" as the core, we create future packaging that combines efficiency, flexibility and environmental protection
In the past, the packaging of EV chargers was complicated by the sealing structure, which not only caused a lot of man-hours to be consumed, but also lacked the flexibility required by the modern market. Faced with the urgent global demand for low-carbon and reduced packaging, we are well aware that the traditional model can no longer meet future challenges. Therefore, we have taken "recycling" as the highest guiding principle and have carried out a revolutionary redesign of the packaging material of the IRON40 DC charger. Our design core concept revolves around three key elements:
| 1. efficiency | Simplify packaging structure, significantly shorten assembly and disassembly time, and improve overall supply chain efficiency. |
| 2. flexibility | Modular design improves the adaptability and application scope of packaging, making it more flexible to meet different market demands. |
| 3. environmental protection | Adopt recyclable and reusable environmentally friendly materials and reduce unnecessary packaging materials to achieve the sustainable goals of low carbon and reduction. |
This design is not limited to the selection of packaging materials, but also extends the design concept to the application of materials and the rigorous consideration of compliance with relevant regulations. We strive to achieve a comprehensive upgrade from product manufacturing to end-use, so that IRON40 packaging can ensure the safe transportation of products while protecting the earth's environment to the greatest extent.
